MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Read all policies before booking an appointment.

  • Consultations are required for FIRST TIME CLIENTS. (See Add-ons for consultation button)

  • You may not switch or give away your appointment to anyone.

  • If you are not satisfied with your service or style, please notify me BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

  • Parents and extra guests are not allowed.

PAYMENT POLICIES

  • All sales are final.

  • Deposits are nonrefundable and only transferrable one time.

  • Zelle, credit card, and cash accepted ONLY!

  • If using a card, you will be charged 6% sales tax.

SCHEDULING POLICY

  • Consultations are required for FIRST TIME CLIENTS! (See add-ons for consultation button)

  • If you’re booking an appointment for someone other than yourself, put the name of the person that’s being serviced. Not you or the parent.

  • You can book, reschedule, and cancel your own appointment online. See your confirmation email after booking on the website.

  • Appointment cancellations must be done 24 hrs before your appointment.

  • If you are running late, please notify me BEFORE your appointment.

  • There is a 10 minute grace period allowed for the stylist and client after the scheduled time.

  • After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

  • If you no call/ no show, your card will be charged the remaining balance of your service.

  • To avoid accruing a charge to your card, simply contact me to let me know that you won't be coming or need to reschedule.

  • If you know you have an event coming up do not schedule your appointment 1-2 days before the event. At least 5-3 days before the event is reasonable because things can happen outside of both our control that may result in a schedule adjustment for any reason.

  • The times listed under the services are estimated and you may have to wait to be serviced. I do try to alert clients when I know I’m going overtime on a client, but it that doesn’t always happen.

  • Make sure that you select the right style and length while booking your appointment. You may not change your style if it’s going to take longer than what you booked.
